This is a Necarch vampire on a winged nightmare (to be exact the model is the Games Workshop model "Melkhior on Winged Nightmare" by Trish Morrison from 1999, Product Code: 99110207072).The model is quite nice but not that large. I painted it exactly like the original GW model.
