This is a fearsome skaven war-engine called the Doomwheel.Designed by the mad genius Ikit Claw it not only crushes the enemies under it's rat-driven wheels. It additionally smithens them with powerfull bolts of lightning generated by a warpstone generator.
The model is designed by Jes Goodwin and Norman Swales. Part numbers are 0517/1 to /10 plus you need one plastic wheel.
