Plague lord Nurglitch special character (modded a little bit. The rat on top of the staff and most of the staff itself was modeled by me). This model was released in a GW special summer campain.It's currently the only Skaven model riding a pox rat so I would expect that it's being sold quite a lot. It's still available from the GW shop under the part code 99110206076.
